About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations for monthly general ledger close, assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements, ensure compliance with ASC842 lease accounting standards, conduct account reconciliations, review financial results, assist in audits, evaluate accounting systems, and support budget activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance.
- Solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other applicable regulatory rules.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with ASC842 lease accounting standards.
