About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing entries and the general ledger, implementing the Sage Intacct system, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with auditors, and mentoring junior staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct and other accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or CPA certification.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
