About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for administering and managing day-to-day operations of sales and services compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will prepare journal entries, conduct budget variance analysis, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Additionally, you will serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding compensation plans and support the budget and forecast process for payroll.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, particularly in commission processing.
Preferred:
- Experience with ADP payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
