About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience suitable for a Senior Accountant in FA/lease accounting.
- Strong GAAP knowledge around capitalization, PP&E, intangibles, and leases.
- Hands-on month-end close experience for fixed assets & leases.
- Strong reconciliations background and analytical skillset.
- Experience reviewing contracts and determining capital vs. expense.
- ERP experience required; Oracle Fusion + CoStar strongly preferred.
- Comfortable in PE-backed, fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional partnering skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented Senior Accountant who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
