You will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop effective financial policies.
About You
Required:
- CPA designation with a minimum of 5 years in staff level and senior accountant roles.
- Extensive experience in the real estate sector and public accounting.
Preferred:
- Experience in Quickbooks and/or other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
