About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of property & casualty insurance experience focused on actuarial pricing, analytics, and portfolio management.
- Experience working within reinsurance, hybrid carrier environments, or MGA-focused program structures.
- Demonstrated success in building pricing models for both traditional and emerging specialty products.
- Deep understanding of specialty P&C insurance products and delegated authority / MGA operating models.
- Associate-level actuarial designation (ACAS or AIA).
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SQL, SAS, and related statistical tools.
- Strong grounding in GLMs, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Exceptional quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Progress toward Fellowship (e.g., FCAS/FIAA) preferred but not required.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version-control and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data engineering practices.
