- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6-7 years of equivalent office experience.
- Proficient knowledge of file maintenance, English grammar, and proper telephone etiquette.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite applications.
- General understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner.
