About the Role

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will manage all aspects of calendars and phone lines, interact with clients, welcome guests, manage site logistics, prepare client presentations, submit travel and expense reports, maintain organized filing systems, and complete special projects while maintaining confidentiality and trust.

About You

Required:

High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of previous work experience in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant.

Preferred:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management skills.
Experience scheduling & travel logistics through Concur.
General knowledge of basic finance and investment principles.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
