- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of professional experience in relevant fields such as law enforcement investigations or social services.
- Experience with the Florida Abuse Hotline or Adult Protective Services.
- Knowledge of Chapter 415, Florida Statutes, and Adult Protective Services Act.
