About the Role
As a Senior AI Solutions and Platform Engineer, you will be accountable for technical leadership within the POD, ensuring engineering velocity and code quality. You will collaborate with Product and Project Managers, lead design sessions, and drive technical decisions. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining AI/ML capabilities, delivering end-to-end features, and ensuring compliance with platform standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent working experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in building AI/ML features and pipelines.
- Backend development experience using Flask, FastAPI, Django, or Node.js.
- Frontend development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Preferred:
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, compliance, and data governance.
- Experience in building reusable accelerators and shared capabilities.
