Summary
Ansible Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst/Healthcare Consultant Sr. to support large programs focused on Innovation and Transformation within the Federal Health Sector in Malvern, PA.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst/Healthcare Consultant Sr., you will work with federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans and execute delivery of programs that span capability areas. Your responsibilities will include analyzing healthcare program effectiveness, conducting program reviews, measuring success and outcomes, and assisting in program operations to meet established goals. You will also support cross-functional delivery teams and senior leadership decision boards, and develop Program Management artifacts as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, business process improvement, or consulting.
- Experience and/or knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, process improvement, analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in healthcare operations analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience with VHA or Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three to five years of professional work experience in Management Consulting.
- PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
