About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience.
- 2-3 years Workday benefit experience, including benefit administration and carrier integration files.
- Experience in benefits administration, including policy management and bookkeeping/accounting functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and employee benefit programs.
- Experience in the delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion programs.
