Summary
Telamon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Process to join their team in Carmel, IN. The role involves serving as a strategic facilitator between IT and business operations to optimize workflows and drive operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Business Process, you will partner with leaders across multiple lines of business to identify and document complex business requirements, conduct process analysis, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. You will lead cross-functional stakeholder sessions, provide project management during system implementations, and support change management initiatives to enhance business performance and user adoption.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of business process analyst experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record with ERP and/or WMS implementations and process optimization.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucid chart, or similar).
- Knowledge of database design principles and data flow analysis.
- Experience with business intelligence, analytics, and familiarity with AI tools.
