Summary
ICE is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Project Management to lead and coordinate hybrid custom development projects for key clients in Jacksonville, FL.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Client Project Management, you will be responsible for project planning and execution, defining project scope and deliverables, managing hybrid project lifecycles, and coordinating internal resources and client stakeholders. You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within cross-functional teams, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure quality standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end software development projects, including hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Project).
- Experience collaborating directly with clients or in a client-facing delivery model.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and at distinct phases of life cycle.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ICE Mortgage Technology products and services.
- Business consulting and/or implementations background.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project forecasting and estimation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Program Increment (PI) Planning roadmaps.
