United Airlines is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Pilot AQP Analytics to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves analyzing complex data sets, creating visualizations, and providing data-driven recommendations to support flight training.
About the Role
As a Sr. Analyst - Pilot AQP Analytics, you will assist the Manager with analyzing data, developing KPIs, and delivering reports to Flight Training stakeholders. You will conduct data mining and analysis for ad hoc projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and create data collection apps using low-code/no-code tools.
About You
Required:
Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
College degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering).
2+ years of related experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Access).
Strong analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Successful completion of interview.
Reliable, punctual attendance.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree or greater in a quantitative discipline.
4+ years of related experience.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI.
Previous experience in the Aviation Industry.
Experience in Flight Training.
Advanced Experience with SQL.
Experience with Educational data.
Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Benefits
Base pay range of $79.8k–$108.79k.
Eligibility for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
