Summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Appian Consultant / Technical Lead to join their team in New York, United States. The role involves providing integrated architecture support and expert guidance on Appian solutions for federal agencies.

About the Role

As a Senior Appian Consultant / Technical Lead, you will lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions, support design and development activities, guide clients on architecture design and configuration management, and ensure solutions are built for scale and performance. You will also create documentation for best practices, provide thought leadership on process improvement, and mentor delivery teams.

About You

Required:

3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
5+ years of related IT experience.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
Strong technical design and implementation skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship).
Possess an Active Clearance or be clearable.

Preferred:

Experience with Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
Experience in data management and data visualization/BI.
Experience with DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
