About the Role
As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you will act as the primary technical liaison for foundry customers, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of IP solutions. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, developing relationships with customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating technical documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement in IP quality and customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM-related field.
- 5+ years of combined Application engineering or customer support experience in Memory Compilers, eFUSE IP, or related areas.
- Experience with SoC design flows and major EDA tool suites.
- Scripting experience in TCL and Python.
Preferred:
- Post graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and technical initiatives.
- Background in foundry business models and customer enablement strategies.
