About the Role
As a Senior Appraisal Specialist, you will supervise staff, monitor daily workflows, and oversee departmental procedures. You will be responsible for payroll activities, performance evaluations, recruiting, and training new staff. Additionally, you will perform in-house real estate evaluations, oversee outsourced appraisal evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Broad knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in fields such as accounting, marketing, business administration, or finance.
- 6 years of related experience and/or training.
- 12 - 18 months of related management experience.
