About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in supervision, fiscal management, program development, and staff and volunteer leadership.
- Current YMCA of the USA Lifeguard Supervisor certification, or ability to obtain and maintain.
- Minimum of six months of Aquatics experience, including at least 100 hours of lifeguard service.
- Demonstrated passion for working with people and in an aquatic environment.
- Proven ability to manage, develop, and lead staff and volunteer teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
