About You
- 10 years of relevant IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related degree, or an additional three years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of performing ground-up development in Archer.
- Experience leading the full implementation of eGRC tools at an Agency or bureau level within the last four years.
- Excellent understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53 security controls.
- Ability to identify enhancements to evolve Agency Risk Management Programs.
- Ability to work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and areas for process improvement.
- Experience configuring and administering the RSA Archer GRC Platform.
- Experience with risk management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with APIs for integration and data manipulation.
- Exposure to web filtering technologies.
- Basic system, network, and OS hardening techniques.
- Experience with computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.
