Summary
Jacobs is seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves developing and implementing asset management strategies for clients in the Transportation sector.
About the Role
As a Senior Asset Management Consultant, you will drive growth and establish strategies that enhance clients' service delivery. You will develop Strategic Asset Management Plans and related activities aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM. Your responsibilities include guiding clients in asset management maturity strategies, supporting proposal development, and overseeing resource prioritization activities. You will analyze data to mitigate risks and contribute to maintenance management strategies and capital programs.
About You
Required:
- B.A./B.S., or advanced degree, in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or related field from an accredited university.
- Substantial related experience in the asset management arena, particularly in transportation sectors.
- Understanding of the IAM framework and ISO 55000 standards.
- Ability to develop strategic and tactical asset management plans.
- Familiarity with data management techniques and comfort in handling large data sets.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management technology systems.
- Client relationship skills in risk analysis and audits.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
Preferred:
- IAM Member or Certified in Asset Management.
- Demonstrated experience in various asset types and market sectors.
- Familiarity with Hexagon and Maximo enterprise asset management technology systems.
