- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy, or data analysis.
- 3-5 years of work experience focused on data analytics, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Strong technical skills in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to work in a team environment.
- Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of healthcare payer types and drug reimbursement.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain and willingness to expand that knowledge base.
