About the Role
About You
- Series 27 license highly preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of broker-dealer accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEC Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3.
- Experience preparing and reviewing schedules for FOCUS Reports.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience with FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) or SBSD (Security-Based Swap Dealer) entities.
- Experience with segregation, secured amount, or swap dealer capital calculations.
- Experience in multi-entity financial services environments.
