About You
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4-5+ years of real estate experience, preferably in Commercial RE (Office, Industrial, Lab).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with lease and contract structures and negotiations.
- Operational background that includes budget management and capital project oversight.
- Ability to solve practical problems and manage multi-variable situations.
