About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team, manage daily transactional workflows, serve as the first line supervisor for task assignments and issue resolutions, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery and client service. You will also handle client escalations, coordinate team resources, and utilize digital tools and AI to enhance user experience.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supervising/managing a small client processing team.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of technical and management experience.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
