About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned engagements, facilitating client communications, participating in process review debriefs, collaborating with engagement teams and clients to transition projects, managing escalation of engagement questions, maintaining and implementing standardized contracts, and sharing best practices with compliance teams.
About You
Required:
- Minimum two years of recent tax or accounting experience.
- Minimum one year of recent project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and delegation skills.
- Ability to operate in a national/international teaming environment.
Preferred:
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt (or higher) certifications.
