About You
- 3–5 years in a commercial operations, enablement, sales operations, CRM operations, or related business-facing role.
- Experience supporting adoption or change management efforts for commercial platforms in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in operating CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
- Professional services or financial advisory background.
- Experience developing training materials and user-facing content.
