About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Customer Solutions - Program Optimization, you will act as the main liaison between RADAR's engineering organization and retail customers, ensuring ongoing success and scale of the solution. Your responsibilities will include analyzing pilot-to-fleet conversion data, leading performance analysis, designing QA scenarios, and mentoring team members on performance troubleshooting.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years experience in technical operations, implementation strategy, or program coordination.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across engineering and customer teams.
- Proficient in performing SQL queries, working with big data, and creating simple Python scripts for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Background in retail, including Strategy Planning, Inventory Management, Solutions Associate, or IT Systems/Information Management.
Preferred:
- Experience with retail technology deployment or enterprise SaaS.
- Lean or Six Sigma training.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
