About the Role
As a Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence, you will participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, interface with senior executives, analyze target company data, and create tailored transaction advisory reports addressing key financial issues.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of three years experience in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction experience with a Top Ten public accounting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA eligible; licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, SEC financial reporting issues, or International Financial Reporting Standards.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
