About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in transaction underwriting and execution, supporting detailed due diligence on new investment opportunities, preparing investment committee memorandums, and assisting in structuring and negotiating transaction terms. You will also support origination efforts by analyzing market trends and maintaining industry relationships, monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, and collaborate with senior professionals on client management and internal projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar.
- Strong corporate finance and credit analysis capabilities, including advanced financial modeling skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel for due diligence and relationship development.
