About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Industrial Security, you will be responsible for operating COMSEC keying devices, maintaining security policies, and managing security education and training programs. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure compliance with security protocols and support the overall mission of L3Harris in providing technology solutions for national security.
About You
Required:
- An active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience as a Cleared Defense Contractor (CDC) with industrial security duties.
Preferred:
- Experience as a COMSEC Account Manager and keying experience.
- Security+ Certification and NSA COMSEC Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
