About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations.
- Deep financial acumen and understanding of financial markets, SEC filings, and investing.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven written and face-to-face communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Project management skills with attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness, team orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, reporting, and financial disclosures.
- Familiarity with quarterly earnings processes and shareholder communications.
- Ability to support projects related to shareholder activism or proxy season.
- Experience presenting information to senior leaders and participating in meetings with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated skill in building positive relationships with investors and analysts.
