About the Role
As a Senior Associate Originations Capital Markets, you will manage the firm's extensive pipeline, execute transactions from start to finish, pitch new financing ideas, support acquisition financing, and maintain client relationships. You will conduct analyses and underwriting of commercial real estate transactions, communicate with various stakeholders, and maintain detailed checklists and timelines for each transaction.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, banking, or related fields.
- Substantial knowledge of real estate capital market concepts and the US debt capital markets.
- Proven experience in client interaction with annual origination of $50M+.
Preferred:
- Experience managing junior staff members.
- Experience with title/escrow, real estate law, and underwriting.
