About the Role
As a Senior Associate in M&A Services (TMT), you will be responsible for conducting business due diligence, applying rapid analytics to identify key data points, leading project work streams, and supporting the professional development of junior team members. You will work in a collaborative environment, adapting to the fast-paced demands of the consulting industry.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of three years external strategy consulting experience in a client-facing strategy discipline at a Big 4 firm, major strategy firm, or boutique strategy firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in business due diligence, performance improvement, market assessments, or growth strategy.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in M&A, private equity due diligence, and operational performance improvement in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications industries.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced (deal) environment.
