About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Practice Operations, you will manage the new hire onboarding process, coordinate account assignments with Sales Leaders, assist in preparing presentation content for meetings, support the People Council, maintain data accuracy across the team, and perform initial reviews of expense reports. You will act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
- Minimum two years of recent experience in operations, administrative, coordinator roles, or professional services and sales operations experience.
Preferred:
- Strong proficiency with collaboration tools (SharePoint/Teams/Google Workspace), Outlook, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Basic familiarity with expense processes, rosters, and access management.
