About the Role
As a Senior Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting in vitro cell-based screening assays on ADCs and their payloads, analyzing data, and presenting results. You will also provide operational support for the lab, including inventory management and equipment maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety and laboratory practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in biology or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience with cell culture and cell-based assays.
- Experience with experimental design and interpretation of results.
- Ability to use appropriate software to perform data analysis.
- Proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant scientific software.
Preferred:
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to present data to internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data systems such as GraphPad Prism.
