About the Role
As a Senior Associate, ServiceNow - ITSM, you will be responsible for leading planning and executing engagement workstreams across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM. You will evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, lead on-shore and off-shore teams, and prepare reports on project progress for stakeholders. Your role will require you to customize workflows and provide development standards for ServiceNow implementations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations.
- At least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum of eight years equivalent work experience.
- Completion of at least one full implementation of ServiceNow and current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA).
Preferred:
- Certifications in CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Third Party Risk Management, or CIS - Vulnerability Management.
- Experience leading various size teams in the delivery of agile-based projects.
- Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
