Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Social Operations Strategist to join their Brand Governance, Social and Content Team in New York, NY. About the Role

As a Senior Associate supporting the Social Operations program, you will manage social media management platforms, enforce the social media governance framework, execute routine checks for security and compliance, assist in technology implementation projects, and provide operational support for paid social media initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective campaign execution and contribute to a positive team culture.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of social media marketing experience, including paid marketing
At least 2 years of social media reporting experience

Preferred:

3+ years of social or digital marketing experience
Experience using social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Business Managers and Sprinklr
At least 2 years of relationship management with digital agencies or contractors
Experience managing complex processes across multiple stakeholder groups and implementing process improvements
Experience in financial services, or other highly regulated industry
