About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Talent Development, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data, maintaining data integrity, and developing reports and dashboards that visualize HR metrics. You will collaborate with end users to understand their data needs, participate in project development, and contribute to team discussions on workforce analytics.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience with a focus on technical and data skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficient in Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.
Preferred:
- Experience with Alteryx, Databricks, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI Server/Power Query, and SQL queries.
- Professional services industry experience.
