Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Senior Associate, Workday Talent and Performance to join their Managed Services practice in Orlando, FL. The role involves leading the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Workday Talent and Performance, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities across managed services engagements, including system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, and process improvements. You will lead post-production optimization efforts, conduct configuration analysis, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues. Additionally, you will configure and support Workday HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management and Performance Reviews, ensuring alignment with client-specific workflows.
About You
Required:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience with Workday HCM, Talent and Performance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Workday certification/skills in HCM and Talent and Performance.
Preferred:
- Additional Workday certification/skills in HCM Core, Advanced Reporting, Learning, People Experience, Recruiting, and Benefits.
- Proven ability to collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Workday and external systems.
