About the Role

As a Senior Attorney in the Personal Injury Litigation department, you will be responsible for fighting for clients in cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements. You will lead a team of associates and paralegals, review legal documents, and develop arguments to resolve cases favorably for clients.

About You

Required:

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least three years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation and trial.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals.
Reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (90010).
