About the Role
As a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer, you will work closely with design and manufacturing engineers to manage automation projects, write and debug PLC code, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and design electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include selecting components, managing electrical builds, and creating user-friendly HMI screens.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an engineering, physics, or computer science discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in the design and commissioning of automation and controls systems for industrial applications.
Preferred:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in an engineering discipline.
- Experience in robotic weld applications (Kuka, ABB & Fanuc).
- PLC programming experience, preferably Beckhoff TwinCat 3.
- Hands-on experience building and commissioning high quality electrical control panels.
