As a Senior AV Technician, you will take ownership of project execution, ensuring installations meet quality standards and client expectations. Your responsibilities include leading AV system installations, interpreting technical documents, mentoring junior technicians, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with project managers and designers.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AV installation, preferably in residential smart home integration.
- Proficiency with wiring, rack building, and configuration of AV systems and networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead teams and manage installation timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
