About the Role

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and implementation of key enterprise-focused product features. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and tackle challenges such as implementing attribute-based access control, enabling secure OAuth token flows, and developing a robust audit logging framework. Your work will directly impact how LangChain is adopted across startups and enterprises.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Strong knowledge in at least one of Go or Python.
Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Postgres and Redis.
Experience designing and scaling APIs in high-performance, data-intensive applications.

Preferred:

Experience working on horizontal systems or features that support monetization or enterprise adoption.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
