About the Role
As a Senior Backend Java Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Java EE/Jakarta EE. You will develop RESTful APIs, implement API documentation, and ensure secure and scalable code. The role also involves working with messaging systems, database management, and collaborating in Agile teams to mentor junior developers and contribute to secure solutions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in backend engineering.
- Strong background in Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework, and enterprise backend development.
- Experience with RDBMS: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL and performance tuning.
Preferred:
- Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
- Familiarity with Java Messaging Service (JMS) and messaging tools such as ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ.
- Scripting experience in Python or Shell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
