About the Role
As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you will assist the Clinical Director in developing behavior plans and clinical treatment for clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional assessments, writing progress notes, supervising the implementation of behavior plans, and ensuring compliance with state policies. You will also provide training to staff and coordinate services with treatment team members.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree or PhD in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Certified as a BCBA or BCBA-D.
- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State (as applicable).
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work.
Preferred:
- Experience in training employees on behavior interventions.
- Good public relations skills in working with outside professionals.
