About the Role
As a Senior Billing Coordinator, you will interface with attorneys, secretaries, clients, and staff regarding billing matters. Your responsibilities will include compiling and processing a high volume of attorney bills, reviewing and editing pre-bills, applying retainer funds, processing write-offs, executing complex bills, submitting invoices electronically, and creating billing schedules. You will also mentor new Billing Coordinators and assist with special projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of billing experience in a large law firm.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Preferred:
- 5 plus years of billing experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree in Accounting preferred.
- Familiarity with E-billing Hub and Multi currency.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $95k to $115k.
- Overtime pay eligibility as the role is non-exempt.
