About the Role
As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices, validating billing data, managing billing adjustments, resolving inquiries, and supporting month-end close activities. You will collaborate with the Billing and Accounting teams to maintain customer-level accuracy and uphold the integrity of financial records.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with operational billing management and support.
- Experience with billing processing software.
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with NetSuite.
