About the Role
As a Senior BIM & Computational Designer, you will collaborate with engineers and BIM experts to enhance workflows and automate processes. Your responsibilities will include managing BIM project setups, providing training, conducting clash investigations, and researching emerging technologies. You will also contribute to the development of automated workflows and maintain strong expertise in BIM fundamentals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing BIM projects.
- High proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
- Passion for innovation and advancing workflows through AI and other technologies.
- Experience working in a studio or consultancy environment.
