- 6+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, or strategic marketing within CPG.
- Proven ability to lead strategy and innovation, with experience shaping portfolios and brand direction.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with market data and consumer research.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience and a passion for developing talent.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA preferred.
